Inner Work and the Inner Dialogue

Inner work is the critical thinking process specific to our inner dialogue (see my article, What is inner work anyway?, Part 1). Inner work involves contemplation on the emotions driving our thoughts. The thoughts compose the flow and structure of our inner dialogue. Inner work also prioritizes our engagement of the four qualities: humility and the three constructs (gratitude, compassion, harmony). Specifically, inner work is the conscious engagement of the four qualities in real time, perfectly synchronized with our observations and interactions. Through dedicated inner work, we are continuously upgrading our inner dialogue.
